Clause 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual accessing or registering on the joker768 platform ("Player", "you", or "your"), and Joker768 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). joker768 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving the Malaysian market, with players based across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions within Malaysia.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through joker768, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

joker768 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Clause 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the joker768 platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds, as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonus amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to any active promotion.
• "KYC" ("Know Your Customer") means the identity and address verification process required by joker768 before a Player may process withdrawal requests, and at any other time at joker768's discretion.
• "Platform" means the joker768 website, mobile-responsive interface, and all associated services accessible at joker768.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Account Balance comprising actual deposited funds, excluding any Bonus Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using their Account Balance on any game or sports market offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit (RM), the sole currency in which Account Balances are denominated on joker768.

Clause 3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on joker768, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. joker768 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with internationally accepted standards for online gambling operations. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person, acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with joker768 or any other operator, or enrolled in any responsible gambling exclusion programme that encompasses this platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of joker768 or any of its associated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge and accept that it is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing and using joker768 is lawful in your jurisdiction. joker768 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Clause 4 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account joker768. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and potential permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with a review of any balances held.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and update your Account details promptly in the event of any change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at joker768's discretion at any other time, Players will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — front and back)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted photo ID document
• For cryptocurrency deposits: additional source-of-funds documentation may be required at the Platform's discretion

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of submission. joker768 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. joker768 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify joker768 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Clause 5 Deposits & Payment Methods

joker768 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• All deposits are credited to the Player's Account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The general minimum deposit isRM50 for standard methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• joker768 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which joker768 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (incorrect amount, wrong account) must be reported to customer support immediately. joker768 does not guarantee recovery of funds deposited in error.
• joker768 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, including where the Platform has reason to suspect the source of funds.
• Players must only deposit funds that they own and that originate from lawful sources. The use of joker768 for any form of money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

• All withdrawal requests require completed and approved KYC verification prior to processing. Requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. The Platform may impose maximum withdrawal limits which will be communicated within the Player's Account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. joker768 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified payment methods where necessary.
• Verified withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for additional review cases.
• joker768 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeframe. Players will be notified of any delays.
• Any deposit bonus attached to the Real Money Balance must have its associated Wagering Requirement fully met before the relevant portion of funds becomes withdrawable.

Clause 7 Bonuses & Promotions

joker768 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully registered and verified joker768 Account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, and per IP address. Joker768 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has attempted to claim a welcome offer on more than one occasion.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any winings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion, as stated at the time of the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution weightings, which will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• joker768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited and actively in use.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused or unqualified bonus funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• The Platform reserves the right to withold payment of any bonus or winings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms.

Clause 8 Betting Rules & Void Bets

The following rules apply to all sports betting and gaming wagers placed on the joker768 platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Quoted odds are not guaranteed until the bet slip is confirmed and a bet ID is issued.
• joker768 reserves the right to correct any odds that are published in error (manifestly incorrect odds) and to void or re-price any bets placed at such eroneous odds, with the Player's stake returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network and connection stability. joker768 accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Mix Parlay bets are accepted subject to the maximum combination limits displayed at the point of bet placement. Parlays including any voided leg will be recalculated with that leg removed.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the applicable settlement timeframe
• The bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error
• The event is affected by circumstances that render a fair result impossible to determine
• The Platform determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the integrity of the event has been materially compromised

Clause 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joker768 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any associated balance pending investigation, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or lopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Coluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain a disproportionate advantage
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus terms, low-risk arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion to claim multiple bonuses across linked accounts
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after services have been rendered
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation

Clause 10 Responsible Gambling

joker768 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a means of generating income. Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Any Player who knowingly provides false age information to access the Platform will have their Account terminated and any balance forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period. Decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, real-money wagering will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure in-platform reminders alerting them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly without question. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
• Third-Party Resources: Players experiencing difficulty related to gambling are encouraged to seek independent support. joker768 acknowledges the availability of support services such as Talian Kasih (1-800-83-1800 or 15999) and GamCare (gamcare.orguk) — these are text-only references and are not affiliated with or endorsed by joker768.

Clause 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the joker768 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of joker768 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joker768 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of joker768.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to joker768 regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation of compensation or acknowledgement to you.

Clause 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joker768, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, defects, or failures in the Platform's availability, whether caused by technical issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or factors outside joker768's reasonable control
• Losses arising from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorised third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of game odds, market prices, or event information displayed on the Platform
• Any loss arising from your decision to access or use joker768 in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Clause 13 Account Suspension & Closure

joker768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — a notification will be sent to the registered email address 30 days prior)
• Provision of materially false or fraudulent personal information
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests
• Where joker768 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction

Upon Account closure under circumstances not involving fraud or misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, net of any applicable charges. Bonus Funds not meeting Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Clause 14 Amendments to These Terms

joker768 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant amendments, joker768 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via their registered email address or through a notification displayed upon login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using joker768 and may request account closure.

Clause 15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joker768 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that regulatory jurisdiction.

Malaysian Players acknowledge that their use of joker768 is governed by the Terms as set out herein, and that the Platform does not represent compliance with or regulation under Malaysian domestic law. Players are solely responsible for their compliance with local regulations.

Clause 16 Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms, wish to raise a complaint, or need to initiate a formal dispute, please contact joker768 customer support in the first instance. Our team is available 24/7 in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

joker768 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under joker768's operating licence jurisdiction, details of which will be provided upon request.

All communications relating to formal disputes must be submitted in English and include the Player's registered Account email address, Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and all relevant supporting documentation.
